Directions - Airport and Nearby Hotels

From the Kansas City airport (MCI):  From either the airport terminals or the rental car facilities near the airport, follow the signs indicating "Airport Exit".  Watch for and take "I-435 East/ St. Louis".  This highway changes to I-435 South within a short time.  Follow the directions below to the desired location.  Our office is about 30 minutes away from the airport; hotels are about 5 - 15 minutes further.

To our office:  From I-435 South, take exit #61, 23rd Street (also marked as Missouri Hwy 78).   Turn left (east) on 23rd Street and go to the first light (Television Place).  Turn left on Television Place, and turn left again immediately into our uphill driveway.  Visitor's parking spaces are located in front of the main brick entrance to our building.

To Independence hotels:  There are two hotels (Hilton Garden Inn and Holiday Inn Express) near a large shopping/ restaurant area about 10 minutes east of our company.  From I-435 South, take exit #63B, I-70 East/ St. Louis, which is a left-hand exit.  Continue several miles to the Blue Valley Parkway exit (just past the I-470 interchange).  For the Hilton, turn left on Blue Valley to Jackson, then left on Jackson.  Continue until you see the Hilton on the left.  For the Holiday Inn Express, turn right on Blue Valley Parkway, then right again shortly on Valley View Parkway.  Hotel is down the street on the left.

To Stadium hotels:  There are three hotels near the stadium complex (Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and Drury).  From I-435 South, take exit #63B, I-70 East/ St. Louis, which is a left-hand exit.  When on I-70 East, stay in one of the two right lanes because your exit comes up quickly.  Take the first exit, #9, Blue Ridge Cutoff.  At the light, there are three lanes - a left lane for left-turn (take for Drury Inn), a center lane for left-turn (take for the Sheraton), and a right lane (take for Holiday Inn).  You can't miss any of the hotels listed below; they are within easy sight of this intersection.

To our office from the hotels:

From any of the five recommended hotels, get back on I-70 westbound.  Take I-435 North (almost immediately after the Blue Ridge Cutoff exit).  From I-435 North, take the first exit, #61, 23rd Street (also marked as Missouri Hwy 78).   Turn right (east) on 23rd Street and go to the first light (Television Place).  Turn left on Television Place, and turn left again immediately into our uphill driveway.  Visitor's parking spaces are located in front of the main brick entrance to our building.
 

Hotels
